About the Artist:
Betty Sutliff's love of art started ar a very young age. Winning awards for her projects in elementasry school encouraged her to continue to create at every opportunity.
Studying art at variuos colleges including St. Johns River Community College, Betty is always looking for new ways to express herself.
She is active in the Palatka Art League and the Arts Council of Greater Palatka. Betty's need to create drives her in many ways, including painting signs, windows and murals. But it doesn't stop there - she's also an accomplished photographer and Master Gardner.
Working in various mediums, she specializes in realistic nature scenes, but loves to do portraits of people and their pets.
